Every new client transition meant re-deriving the same checklist of configuration steps — deal demographics, key attributes, ownership — usually split across a handful of spreadsheets nobody fully trusted. Nothing showed a PMO lead which steps were actually done versus just started.
I structured the transition into a single guided flow: each configuration step is its own stage with clear inputs and a visible status, so a PMO lead can see deal demographics and key attributes settle into place stage by stage instead of hunting across trackers.
